I wanted to get into the winter sports to stay active during the winter months. Almost overwhelming with how many options there were in terms of machines and apparel.
When it came to the snowmobile, Josh helped me go through all the options. Showing me different options such as track lengths, engine size, chassis, etc… I was able to explain to Josh what I wanted to do and he matched them perfectly with a machine. When it came time to buying the sled, Josh worked with me to get me the price I was looking for in a short manner of time.
Today, I know I am taken care of by AMS. I received a letter in the mail from Polaris, called Josh up, and got answers as to what it was regarding.
In terms of gear, the entirety of AMS was helpful. I was able to get input from 3 different employees. I have been out to the mountains multiple times now and I never end up cold thanks to their suggestions.
Overall, Action has great service, prices, and special deals going on before the season hits to make sure I have everything I need.
