If I could leave 10 stars, I would! This was the most fun and therapeutic thing I’ve done in a very long time. Had some pretty awful things happen in 2024 and this really helped me let go of the stress and anger that came with it. Release your aggression in a healthy and encouraged way, and book yourself a session! Taylor was kind and encouraging and really helped us find our inner-destroyer with a great soundtrack! He even let us request a song or two. You have the option of adding larger items at a small cost and you get 17 extra-small to medium sized things to break. I will definitely be back and will be even more prepared with a few of my own items that can be destroyed. This was a bit of a workout and I’m feeling a little sore today, they gave us ice cold water at the end of our session to cool down. I recommend stretching before going in to get the best out of your session! Thank you Bismarck Break Room!
