Adventure Playground Park is an absolute gem! The highlight is the newly built pirate ship, complete with web nets for kids to climb in and through. Inside the pirate ship, there’s also a suspension bridge with ropes and plenty of netting to climb across, adding to the adventure.
The park also features a cool water splash pad where kids can have fun, though there’s no lifeguard on duty, so supervision is a must. The park is open from sunrise to sunset and is managed by the city, making it free of charge. There are several swing sets that can accommodate the whole family, and swing benches for parents to relax on while keeping an eye on their kids. The pirate ship playground includes slides and cannons that shoot a refreshing mist, perfect for hot summer days. Additionally, there’s a small rock climbing area for adventurous kids.
