The well-maintained wooden boardwalk passes by a playground and a picnic area before leading to the beach. The beach is beautiful. Small pieces of branches are scattered everywhere, but even that adds to the beauty. We visited this place to watch the sunrise on New Year’s Day. We visit Hilton Head quite often and have been to many different beaches, and one of the best things about them is how dog-friendly they all are. They even provide dog waste bags and large baskets filled with dog toys. Parking costs 50 cents per hour.
