What is a parent’s worst nightmare? Having 16 positive RSVPs, cupcakes ready, and everyone showing up in 15 min only to realize Mom (it is me!) booked the wrong month for the birthday party. I mean, imagine: we are literally at Launch Woburn saying “we are here for the party” and there is no party booked. But! The amazing staff here, especially Morgan, stayed calm and collected and accommodated us. Morgan was truly amazing, switching some things around to make it all possible. Our daughter never even knew this was almost a disaster, and everyone had a fabulous time. I will be forever loyal to this place, and even aside this incident we have been dozens of times and every staff member is patient and kind with parents and kids. What an amazing place, super well run and positive people. Thank you!!!!!!!
