First of all- I think some of these negative reviews are from when the business was under previous ownership/during the time it changed hands. We had a very positive experience.
We aren’t exactly puzzle room pros, but we had a great time in the Jaguar room. This was our second escape room experience, and the first time we tried one in Fairbanks.
There were cool features in the room, and my husband was a fan of the laser puzzles in particular. He raved that it felt like he was in Indiana Jones. The game host was really kind, and we had a nice conversation after getting out of the room.
The experience was more interactive than the other escape room we tried. Overall we had a great experience, and will definitely be going back to experience the other rooms.
