We visited the SRC to use the gym while we were visiting Fairbanks and staying in a hotel without a gym. The day passes were reasonably priced and the gym is fully equipped with tons of cardio machines, a lap swimming pool, about ten squat rack/weightlifting cages. And the staff person at check-in was very helpful and friendly.
You have to bring your own towels. And the locks on the lockers worked inconsistently.
But overall a great experience.
