I had my son‘s fifth birthday party here and it truly was an amazing experience. I had a phenomenal host by the name of Oscar, who was very diligent and professional throughout my son‘s birthday party. He was very helpful very attentive and answered all my questions throughout the day. They took care of all the decorations and much more. The turnout was impeccable, and I truly would recommend this place to anyone to have a birthday party for their child. Faye who is the manager Of Kanga was truly amazing as well. She was very helpful, thorough and very professional throughout my experience with the play center.
When I first got to the facility, she welcomed me and was able to break down all the prices of the packages and what they included. She even reached out to me a week before the party started to make sure everything looked great on my invoice and to finalize my guest list, so I can have smooth experience upon arrival the day of my son‘s party.
I also was introduced to another manager by the name of Mike, who was also very helpful throughout this process.
All I can say is that the staff there is truly amazing. They do truly help you. You don’t feel alone as if you’re throwing a birthday party by yourself. My kids and their classmates along with friends and family had the best time of their lives and I know my son‘s fifth birthday was a BIG hit and such a memorable experience for him.
