Playground is well maintained and tons of safe activities for all ages (my kids are 5 & 2). Wish they had more swings but overall kids understand they need to wait to play on. For little ones the walk from the light rail station can feel safer than the other parking lot because of no cars however it does feel like a long walk for little ones so be prepared in case you need to stop at one of the benches along the path to recharge them from playing hard.
