We had a great experience celebrating our daughter’s birthday. From the moment we walked in the manager, Jamal, was there to help. Our party helper, Ameerah, was professional and helpful. She communicated with us throughout the event and made sure we had everything we needed. All of the party kiddos had a great time.
My only negative feedback is the “outside food fee”. The party was very expensive and I should have been able to bring additional food items beyond what was included in my expensive package. I knew this when booking so it was not a surprise but still annoying. We ended up buying additional pizza which worked fine but I would have liked to be able to bring some more.
