We hosted one of my son’s birthday parties here, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. The online booking process was seamless, and I received a confirmation email a week beforehand. On the day of the party, we arrived a bit early, and the boys started getting a bit rowdy. The staff noticed this and kindly allowed them to start jumping ahead of schedule—great proactive thinking! During the jump session, one of the boys twisted his ankle. The staff immediately came over, checked on him, and promptly got ice for him, which we really appreciated. Once the jump session ended, the staff efficiently coordinated serving the food. Although the price is a bit on the higher side, they’re transparent about the costs upfront, so there were no surprises. Overall, both parents and kids had a fantastic experience!
