tried their classic and extreme course for the first time today (July 12, 10:40am-2:20pm). Highly recommend booking and signing waiver in advance, going on a weekday, and taking a break in between the courses if you’re not very active like me. the staff here are extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, and supportive. I didn’t catch everyone’s names but many thanks to Sophie, the guy with the glasses demoing the classic, the staff calming my sister in the kids course, and the guy checking in on us at the extreme course. will be back when I have more strength!
