Customer service is amazing, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure we’re making the best choice for our needs. They let us try out their floor model strollers and car seats to make sure they fit in our car. They are happy to answer all of our questions, and are confident and knowledgeable! They’re humble enough to ask other staff members or research online when they don’t know the answer to our inquiries.
The play area is by far the best indoor option to entertain your young children on a hot Summer day (they have AC!) or the many many many cloudy/rainy days we get here in Victoria! My son absolutely adores their space, the kitchen area and the costumes!
We never get sick of going there!
Plus, there’s parking (for cars and bikes) and other conveniences all around the area, which make it for a great add on to our running errands day.
