We had such a wonderful time at Kyoto Claw Machine! I took my stepdaughter, and she had an absolute blast. Edward, who was working during our visit, truly made the experience unforgettable. He was incredibly kind, patient, and informative about how to play the games.
When my stepdaughter accidentally hit the button twice during a game, Edward generously gave her a second try. He even went above and beyond by rearranging some of the plushies inside the machines so she could have a better shot at winning the ones she really wanted.
This is, hands down, the best claw machine arcade we’ve ever been to. Edward’s kindness and dedication made all the difference. My stepdaughter left so happy, and we will absolutely be coming back! Thank you, Edward, for an amazing experience!
