Unfortunately it has come to this, I don’t like leaving a one star and bad review anywhere but this was my experience and I don’t feel I have a choice anymore. I reserved and prepaid (including shoe rental 270$ total) for two lanes on family day Monday for 9 people as we love this place and have been before. We come from out of town for this experience, unfortunately due to the weather the roads to the venue were closed due to zero visibility so we couldn’t make the trip, I called multiple times and after nobody picked up I left a message, I emailed then after nobody reached out and I called again and left another message with the general manager which has also not been returned. All I asked for was information I wanted to know if a refund was possible and I understood if it wasn’t and wanted possibly a credit to come back another day instead of a refund. I didn’t even get the courtesy of a message back from this establishment after reaching out multiple times and multiple ways. So they keep my 270$ and don’t even have the decency to contact me back and return any calls or emails. Absolutely disappointed and will not be returning here again at any point in the future.
