We visited Grand River Rocks on a Saturday to give our 3 year toddler her first experience of rock climbing. She wasn’t too happy with wearing the safety harness and Allison made it such a breeze for us. Huge shoutout to her for being super friendly, very understanding and a benchmark of professionalism. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend the place for their lovely staff and facilities alike. Keep up the great work!
