I did a birthday party package for my son’s 5th birthday w/ of 15 kids but ended up being closer to 18- was that overboard ? Ya.. he is 5 lol he didn’t hang out with half the kids invited but as far as the organization of the event, they have someone that is designated to help you! It’s awesome! We got there early and showed one of the private rooms, there was water and coffee ready to go and the coffee was so good! Our coordinator let me know when the pizza would arrive and they make an announcement when the food was delivered to the room and then the timing of the ice cream cake .. thankfully it came with a candle because we left ours at home..The private room was fantastic with a cool disco ball and plenty of counter space, storage, tables and chairs. I liked that it was possible for everyone to leave their coat and shoes in the room too. I thought the facility was really clean. Washrooms were spotless. Honestly my son would have been content with 5 close friends, but thankfully there was soooo much for all the kids to do that everyone seemed happy and keeping everyone occupied. I thought it had great sight lines overall. My son LOVED the arcade area and in comparison we’ve been to The Factory in the past and although it’s great in its own right, this was not overwhelming and kept the kids from having to spread out all over to enjoy an activity this was just so perfect for my 5 year old to enjoy so many activities. He did not want to leave and we are planning our next trip back. Thank you to everyone who made that day in his words” my favourite birthday so far”
