Been bringing my kids here since a little while back and they absolutely love their time here. It’s a great opportunity to spend some time together in between the hustle and bustle of the work week. In addition they also offer a shop option so my partner and I can get some shopping done if needed and still be able to pick them up after we am done. There are so many amenities and the playground is huge with endless fun options. They never seem to want to leave the playground when it’s time to go. Not to mention the fact that adult admissions are free with with the kids admission (which are ALL DAY btw).
Contrary to some of the quite hateful reviews I see on here, my experience with the staff were actually incredibly helpful and polite. When one of my kid’s toys was misplaced during their time here, the manager (I believe Vanessa) was extremely helpful and was able to help us promptly and efficiently. In general I’m quite pleased with my experiences here and will continue to return regularly with the family. Would simply like to remind everyone to treat the employees here with basic human respect and I’m sure the same will be returned.
