What a cute little diversion to pay a visit to especially if you are with little children. It’s small and there is lots of parking nearby. Entrance is by donation and they have all sorts of animals including a petting area where goats are running around freely.
Great photo opportunities too. It’s all part of the Beacon Hill park experience where you can take in a concert at the bandshell, walk amongst the forested areas, visit the rose garden, the man made lakes with ducks, mini golf putting green, soceer field, and go up to the highest point which is a lookout overlooking the views toward the Olympic mountains in the states.
