The rooms were clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent, both breakfast and supper. Unfortunately we were there because my brother was in the hospital, and the hotel was very convenient to it. Most notable, however, was the staff. During our stay, we encountered four different folks at the front desk, and regardless of time of day, they were all very pleasant and helpful. Special shout out to May, the bartender/server. She was excellent, and paused to talk with me in the lobby after her shift. After my brother passed, she was extremely thoughtful and sympathetic; at a time like that, it was very nice to have someone be so kind.
