Despite all the numerous bad reviews, we’ve decided to try this place for my daughter’s 11th bday. We bought the group passes online and went there on a weekend. No line, staff are great, most all of the rides, activities are open with the exception of bumper cars. Manager Matt was very helpful as I made a mistake buying two individual passes instead of the two group passes.
The rides, activities seems appropriate for little kids, definitely not for kids 15 or older otherwise I think they will get bored right away. Place was clean and there are a lot of tables/booths for parents to sit.
