WHAT A NICE CHANGE!!!! We used to come here all the time but we ended up canceling our yearly memberships that we have had for 2 years because to be honest the place got really, really run down it was dirty all of the time. Customer service was horrible and it just wasn’t worth it anymore but we decided to give it a try tonight because we haven’t been here in so long and I could not believe how different the place was. It was spotless clean and the new manager is an absolute gem we are definitely going to renew our memberships and start having the birthday parties here again. LOVE THE NEW TEAM!!!!
