Let me start by saying the customer service was exceptional from start to finish! Booked a buy out for my sons 1st birthday and it was the best thing I could of done. I had looked at multiple spots but none compared to Uppie Yuppy with all the equipment they had for the kids. Immediately when i walked in I was greeted and allowed in the space. As i brought in all the decorations 1 of the woman helped with carrying all my decorations to the room while we continued going in and out to get everything in. Jennifer was our main host and she was great. Explaining everything to me, helping me connect my music, putting on a movie for the kids, helping bring in our catered food, and I forgot a cutting utensil for the cake and she immediately got one for me. They assist with clean up which made things a-lot easier for me. All in all I received so many compliments of me having the party here and everyone loved that we had the whole space to ourselves! And most important the kids had so much fun and lets not forget the adults did to Thank you Uppie Yuppy for making my Gios big day so special and for all your help! We will defiantly be back with all our friends soon!
