Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I am very ashamed of the Skyzone in Duluth. My son who is a member. That his year pass had just been purchased. He gets banned for life after a staff memeber, him and a friend were goofing off which they always did. My son pushed a staff into the foam pit AFTER the staff member did it to him and his friend. He was also told if he went and appologized he wouldnt be in trouble. So he did. The next day we went and all the staff started yelling your band. So in trying to get to the bottom of it there staff tried ganging up to intimidate me. I asked if I could see the video footage. Since they all did when his friend goy banned for a week or two. They even emailed the video to the gardian. I was denied. Told two different stories. They couldnt even get the dates right. Stating the original date of the incident was weeks earlier. So then why was my child allowed in for two weeks after. If it was the prior evening why is it he wasnt asked to leave. I recieved no responce from the manager. Then when I finally did all he could say iwas sue us. im a single mom I cant afford that. I cant even press charges on the adult staff whom put hands on my son. They wont give me her name. So not only is my kid completly crushed because he made that place his life. Hes depressed. Were out all that money for a year pass. Theres not a damn thing I can do about it! If my son is banned that staff who put hands on my son should be fired!
