We recently purchased a Bullfrog hot tub from Skillful Home Recreation and the process couldn’t have gone better. AJ and his team are great communicators, which was key due to the almost unrealistic expectations we were requesting! Although we had started our hot tub ownership journey back in July, we didn’t get serious until around Thanksgiving. Our hope was to have a hot tub delivered and installed and ready to go for Christmas morning. Not only did Skillful have the perfect tub in stock, but AJ put on his Santa cap and was able to line up an electrician at a VERY busy time of year! Our tub was delivered on the 17th of December and hooked up that same evening. I was able to communicate with AJ by phone and was directed on how to fill the tub, get the pumps going, and the water up to temperature. AJ came by a couple of days later and we dialed in the water treatments and received a general overview on maintenance and care. Christmas morning was exceptional! We all went into the tub for the first time as a family. Definitely a Christmas we will remember! A big thanks to Skillful Home Recreation for helping make this very large Christmas present a reality!
