Reviews

Nice museum with history of the city, and plenty of exhibits.
Among the exhibits are the world’s first Corn Palace which predates the one in Mitchell, S.D., an airplane, a paver, various delivery vehicles, immigration to the area, the beef industry, various Native American exhibits, paraphenalia from Sioux City’s local rock star that played with Deep Purple, The James Gang, et al bands, various local industries, and also had a movie about the city’s history in a wrap around theater.
Also has a dinosaur fossil dig that is cool, and a room with gemstones such as exquisite agates, quartz, etc.
