No communication from the business about being closed 1/7/24 for Munchkin and Me time. I reached out to management and corporate leaving voicemails and still, today, at 1/21/24 have not received a call back for an explanation. They are a decent place to take your kids and children, assuming they are honoring their hours that day. Today they are closed again for Munchkin and Me time. No justification as to why on their website. Why pay for a membership if they are closed half the time. This time it is indicated on their website that they are closed but not at the business itself so if you don’t check their website every time you plan to go, you won’t know if they will be open or not. This leaves the customer feeling like they pick and choose their hours at their leisure. Nobody should have to check a businesses website to make sure they are open when you pay for a membership and hours are posted on Google.
