Northmont Playground is a nice city-owned park and playground located in the City of Reading Pennsylvania. Date of visit was Wednesday October 30, 2019. There are accommodations for softball, volleyball, soccer, and basketball. There is a small playground for the little ones. There is a porta-potty available. I did not see a parking lot. Only on street parking is available.
