We had a wonderful time at my son’s 4th birthday party. The staff was so welcoming when we arrived. They communicated that they would inform me once my room was ready. They let me use carts to hold my decorations which was so helpful. Once the room was ready, our party host immediately started to set up and bring me utensils and other items that are included in the package. Alejandro was very polite and asked me what times I wanted to start pizza cake. This helped because we had a plan for the party and time wouldn’t get passed us. He also helped with passing out food and cake. Overall, this birthday was easiest birthday I’ve ever done. Way less stressful compared to renting a community center and everything is solely on you. We had a great time. Definitely recommend this.
