Fantastic place, my daughter and I went there many times in between when she was 2-5, and only stopped cause we moved. The place is always clean, staff is very friendly and super helpful, and when I needed online support I was emailed back within minutes. Abbsolutely would (and already have) recommend this place to many people.
The only tidbit I’d say is to try to go when elementary-junior high kids are in school. It can get a bit rowdy on breaks or after 3:30pm, but it’s glorious otherwise usually.
