My 5 YO had a blast here. It’s a bit expensive for what it is, but it kept my son busy the entire time. To me, it was worth the price to be able to have a bit of time to talk to other adults and my son have fun at the same time. It’s in a nice shopping area, so it can help break up a day of errands and give the kids a chance to get some energy out between stores. There is also a Five Below and a Crumbl nearby, which are usually hits with little kids. The staff were all very nice and regularly tidied up. There are reasonably priced kid friendly snacks and drinks, two bathrooms with a changing table, and they have a rewards card. The hats to keep sand out of hair run a bit small but they’re only $2. All of the toys were in nice condition, many were Tonka. They send you a text 10 minutes before your time is out with an option to add more time for just $5 and you can use Apple Pay—how easy it was is a huge plus to me. They have 2 party rooms that looked super cute. Only two minor negative things worth considering… It seems like they have a system to help reduce the dust in the air, but be aware that might be an issue for you—I did have an issue with my allergies later. Also, I found the area VERY cold, but it’s an open area and I imagine heating it is very difficult. These are just two minor inconveniences though and don’t outweigh the positives at all, just plan ahead. Overall a great place, especially during the cold winter.
