Lil Monsters Playground Windsor

This business is a godsend for our community! During the heat of summer or depth of winter, there’s not a ton of stuff nearby to do with high-energy little ones. I was SO excited to see Lil Monsters Playground open their doors, and they’ve proven that they’re not just another corporation – the owners take a lot of pride in serving the kids and families in this community, and it shows!!!
First, this place is CLEAN. You can find posts on IG about how often they clean their ball pit (literally, every single ball!) and even how they do it. During visits, I always see their staff wiping down surfaces. Their staff are also incredibly responsive if you tell them about a problem.
Speaking of responsiveness – I don’t think I’ve ever seen a business that asks for community feedback as often as this one. They also DO things with that feedback, like creating sensory-friendly days for kiddos who need a gentler experience, adding dedicated toddler time so the littlest kids can have safe play time, and even removing the cannons, all because the community asked them to!
Y’all, they even opened a second location in Wellington just because families there asked for it!!!
There are other indoor playgrounds in Northern Colorado, but the owners and staff at Lil Monsters make you feel like part of their family. The owners actually work there! My kids adore Jordy and he always asks how they’re doing and remembers special things about them! Lexi has built up a strong connection with customers AND she goes above and beyond to make it right for anyone who has a less than 5-star experience. The owners also partner Lil Monsters with other community businesses and non-profits, like Stork Support. They recently hosted a donation drop off for this amazing organization. I didn’t even know Stork Support existed until I saw the donation box during a visit!
Seriously, how many kid-friendly businesses are there like this in our area? How many are this clean, safe, welcoming, and inclusive? I’ve lived in three states and I can confidently say this place is unique. When you visit Lil Monsters, pick a random person and ask if they come there often. Odds are, you’ll find yourself talking to a repeat customer – another enthusiastic member of the Lil Monsters family – just like my kids, my parents, my in-laws, and several other extended family members as well as my child’s entire daycare class AND all of their families.
Come and visit! You’ll quickly see why Lexi and Jordy’s Lil Monsters Playground has earned a huge, devoted community in the two short years since they opened their doors.
