Although I do have young children, I am on a trip without them this week and wanted something to do in Vegas that wasn’t a casino. I came across a discounted ticket for the natural history museum through a third party site for $9 and decided to go.
As a solo adult it took me about an hour to walk through all the exhibits. I imagine if I would have had my children with me, it would have been closer to 3 hours.
I found each exhibit interesting, but especially enjoyed the replica of King Tut’s tomb.
The museum staff were all very nice and it was also super cool to meet an archeologist in the lab downstairs working on fossils. Overall I’d highly recommend coming here, with or without children 🙂
