If you are looking for a pet go to the Kodiak Animal Shelter first. Last month I adopted a lovely 2YO female tabby. She is a sweet, affectionate, frisky cat who likes to play with her toys and sit on my lap. The shelter manager was very easy to work with. There were several volunteers at the shelter including parents who bring their kids in to pet the cats. It’s a warm, attractive, clean environment in which to adopt your next pet. Highly recommend.
