Great hidden gem in KCMO. It generally is a well kept park with a waking path and play area for kids. Not many parks have swings in downtown, let alone a water fountain. The fountain also has a bowl for dogs which is nice, and across the street is a dog park.
View is spectacular of downtown, and will be interesting watching the East side come back to life from this parks view of downtown.
