Grow has been such a wonderful community for me as I have entered into motherhood. Susan, Emily, Kaliegh and the other instructors create a positive, supportive, and welcoming environment in the classes. I initially was nervous to put myself out there and go to the moms yoga class, but after the first few moments meeting the instructor and other parents I felt comfortable and excited to be there. In the summer the classes are held outside overlooking the lake — it is a beautiful setting!! Plus, it’s SO fun and empowering to be getting in movement with my baby and surrounded by other moms prioritizing their health while taking care of their babes.
I highly recommend Grow to anyone looking for a moms network, looking to build community, or looking for activities for their little ones.
