Fairly calm neighborhood the side. One street (on the side furthest from the jungle gym) the cars are going down a hill rather fast into a school zone so just watch out for that. The other side, closest to the playground) is very calm with almost no cars. Parking is on the street. All equipment is new. I didn’t see a bathroom which is a minus. The park has lots of green space and plenty of options for kids of all ages. Highly recommend.
