Great place for a party. The last trampoline park I visited so big that it was hard to keep track of my kids. I was relieved to see the smaller size and scale of Go Air. My kids had a blast, burned off some energy, and I could comfortably keep an eye on them from almost anywhere in the building. The staff was friendly and attentive. When I needed to process a refund because I unnecessarily paid for my extra kid in a party group, they made sure to follow-up with me to make sure the refund gets processed. An overall great experience.
