The park has a fence around it, so at first glance it seems off limits to the public, but there are several gates that are open during the day, so anyone is welcome to go play there! The park is great for slightly younger kids, and it’s way less busy than the surrounding parks, so it’s a great pick if you are at the library or rec center! It also has swings, several places to sit, and a decent amount of shade.
