As a patron I’ve been going to the WCPR for 25+ years. Really a super place to workout. For the price you can’t beat it. Pool, Gym, group classes and a well equipped Wellness center.
I recommend cycling classes by Katie J or Laura C. Any class by Barbara Z, Jenna, and Zumba given by Laura C B
I strongly recommend the Enrichment Center for those over 55. Arts, crafts and a lot of exercise classes for any ability. Cardio Drumming is a favorite and any classes by Lynn L or Leslie R.
The County has made it really easy to sign up for classes (recommended) and Pickleball.
