Great park with incredible views! This is a must-visit any time I’m in Duluth. The panoramic view of the city and lake from the top of Enger Tower is truly a sight to behold. On a sunny day, it’s the type of view so beautiful it feels like you’ve stepped into a postcard! It’s such a quick drive up to the park from downtown Duluth and so worth the trip for even just a brief stop.
The park itself is well-maintained with picnic tables, trails, and public restrooms. Do keep in mind these restrooms (and the tower) are only open seasonally. However, even in the off-season the views from the park overlooking the lake are stunning. Plus, the landscaping and other features around the park are lovely too.
I highly recommend paying a visit to Enger Park if you’re in Duluth for the day, especially during the summer months when you can check out the view from the tower.
