We recently had our daughter’s 6th birthday party there, and it was a breeze. We booked the 10:30 – 12:30 slot, arrived 30 minutes early, and the staff was incredibly helpful in setting up and cleaning up afterward.
My daughter wanted a Frozen party and was able to have the soundtrack playing on the sound system while all of our guests enjoyed the party.
We never felt rushed and the 2hours booked was plenty of time to do all the birthday activities , playing , visiting, Cake , and presents
We had an amazing experience and we will definitely be booking another party soon.
