When coordinating a team dinner for 30 people at Dave and Buster’s in Braintree, MA, Aimee Heineck from catering made the process seamless! Their team didn’t miss a beat. The host had our reservation ready, and we were seated promptly. Our server, Julianna, was the rock star of the evening. She expertly took orders for both kids and adults, managed separate checks, and noted allergies to ensure everyone’s safety.
The kids loved the vibrant atmosphere and games, while the adults enjoyed the drinks and laughter! Before we left, Manager Chris Seremetis took the time to thank us for coming and appreciated our feedback on how wonderfully the staff catered to our party. Chris exemplified true leadership by ensuring his team received the recognition they deserve.
