I wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the wonderful experience we had at Chuck E. Cheese tonight. We showed up unannounced and had a much larger group than anticipated (30+!!) but Crystal and her team handled everything seamlessly, with no hesitation and constant smiles. The atmosphere was warm and festive, and it was clear a lot of thought and effort went into decorating for the holiday season—the stockings above the pizza pick-up were especially beautiful!
The pizzas (8 XL!) were fresh and delicious as always, and the entire evening was a success. Crystal has become a familiar face for our family throughout the year, and it’s always special to see her interacting with the kids and helping families. Tonight, she even took the time to show my child how to play one of the games, which means so much to us. It’s rare to see someone put so much heart into their work, and because of her, we’ll continue to visit and recommend Chuck E. Cheese to others.
Thank you for making this end of season celebration so enjoyable. We appreciate the fun, the food, and especially the care Crystal and the team provided.
