I grew up going to the Waterbury location in the 90s and I was so excited to bring my kids for the first time yesterday. The staff at this location was so nice and polite. They went above and beyond to help my family have a great time. This location was also pretty clean and the games were a lot of fun. The prices were reasonable too, which was a nice change from a lot of other “family entertainment centers” **cough Great Wolf Lodge cough**. It was nice to see a company that understands that you can make money without having to rob a family. We will definitely be back and soon!
