Update: Park is open. Gate is closed on Bay St, parking at the lot at E. 1200 3rd Ave.
Some of the construction people expressed concern that there would be vandalism, there was some during construction. If you see anything like that you can call 9-1-1 and tell them it’s not an emergency to report.
