We were frustrated when an employee would not honor the “old tickets” we had saved up when we went in to cash them. They had recently switched to new system. Employee would not honor them. All managers busy at the time. I sent an email and was contacted within 2 hours. Raven was very helpful! She assured me they’d be honored and that ALL employees would be told to do so. This is a great place to take the kiddos. We also recently had our daughters birthday party here and everything went smooth & they were on top of everything. Pizza comes from Empire which is awesome!
