I was in Anchorage on business trip. There were no plans on weekend and we decided to see some Alaskans beauty. It was fishing season. Thousands of people are coming there from all over the world. The whole process is spectacular. People spent 2-3 days in the water to ketch some salmon. You will never forget this 100%. The opening for me was that people do not use any part of the fish but only fillet. Even the red caviar (delicacy in some countries) goes in the trash bin.
