Entered and was greeted by staff; got kids signed in and off they go to jump.
The place was clean and staff on the floor were wearing shirts to identify themselves easily.
An issue came up within 5 minutes of the kids jumping but the staff and manager quickly to investigate the issue of bullying.
The kids had a great time and the staff communicated very efficiently with us to ensure alls safety and fun!
