Took my toddler here for her birthday. We didn’t get the party package, but felt well taken care of as if we did. All the employees seemed to be very young adults, but their manners, customer service and patience with the chaos was seriously top tier and made our experience amazing. The manager on duty, Carly, also provided wonderful customer service and we’re so thankful for her help and understanding!
Food: The pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust was super yummy. I got one salad for myself, but I ended up eating the jello; I wish there were more protein options. I was shocked to see the order of fries is an extremely diet portion, so I didn’t order it again. The wings were decent. The food was pricey, but the kids and adults were very happy with the pizza, so we did not leave feeling hungry!
Atmosphere: the games kept our toddlers and teens busy. The trampoline was wayyyy smaller than expected, but our toddlers had a great time being able to go in & out as they pleased with other kids they made friends with. The mascot came out twice during our stay to dance and sing with the employees and kids. The kids were safe to run around the whole establishment and finally be themselves, so thanks for a great first time experience! We’ll be back!
